GREEN BAY, Wis. (March 1, 2016) – Summit Pump Inc. continues to expand and strengthen its distribution channels throughout North America and the world. All of the company’s regional sales managers possess a deep understanding of pump applications and a wide array of sales and marketing experience; all of these skills are coupled with a high level of professional acumen.
John Tomljenovic is the newest addition as Western regional sales manager. Tomljenovic is responsible for the Western region of the U.S. He is also responsible for Western Canada and all of Mexico. Tomljenovic has more than 25 years of experience in direct sales and sales management in the mechanical seal business. He also has a broad level of experience with pumps and pumping systems. Additionally, Tomljenovic has extensive experience with various types of sales channels and distribution management. He is based in Southern California.
Mike Murray has recently transitioned from direct sales with Summit Pump Inc. to Midwest regional manager. Murray has extensive experience in all markets but has primarily focused his efforts in the pulp and paper industry. He has more than 30 years of direct professional experience in pump sales, applications and troubleshooting. Murray is based in Wisconsin.
Kevin Moloney is the company’s Eastern regional sales manager and has responsibility for the Eastern U.S., Canada and portions of the Caribbean. Moloney has more than 30 years of extensive pump and mechanical seal experience in a wide variety of industries and applications. Additionally, he is the company’s key instructor and troubleshooter for all things with mechanical seals. Moloney is based in Eastern Pennsylvania.
The regional sales managers report to Jim Elsey, general manager for Summit Pump Inc. Elsey has more than 44 years of experience with the engineering and operating aspects of rotating equipment, pump design and applications. He has overall responsibility for sales, marketing and distribution management and all other corporate interests worldwide. Additionally, Elsey is responsible for all pump training programs. He is based in Northeast Ohio.
