CAT Model 3570 Custom Pump System — Built by ABET

Another custom package from your partners at ABET! And this is one you won’t see every day.

Pictured here is a CAT Model 3570 triplex positive displacement, reciprocating plunger pump package that our customer requested for a dedicated use project. As you well know, we LOVE a good project and were more than happy to oblige!

This pump has a maximum capacity of 30GPM / 2500psi and features a 5% regulator/unloader bypass and high temperature seals. It is mated to a TECO 50HP / 1800RPM Explosion Proof TEFC Motor, which is belt-driven to reduce RPM to 1080, thus achieving 30GPM / 2200psi.

The build also features a pulsation dampener (25GPM/2400psi), which carries a 1100psi nitrogen pre-charge. It is V-belt driven with a custom belt guard and the entire configuration skid mounted on a CUSTOM structural steel baseplate with four (4) inch casters underneath. The project is displayed prior to preparation for delivery to our customer.
