Custom-Built Summit 2196XLO Pump Units with API Seal Support Systems

Many customers come to us with unique acquisition requirements due to their mission set and operating environment. Often, their project demands additional configuration and adjustment on-site, which is precisely the value our technicians provide.

For example, pictured here is an exclusive design we recently sourced and built for one of our terrific customers. The project is made up of two CUSTOM-BUILT units equipped with both API Plan 53A and Plan 21 (hiding) seal support systems from ASI and Flexaseal respectively. These API piping plans are used to mitigate leakage of hazardous/toxic materials and help ensure proper conditions for mechanical seal operation and pump reliability. The Summit 2196XLO (4×6-17) pumps and TECO 100HP motors were mounted on CUSTOM-fabricated skids.

The units are displayed prior to preparation for delivery to the customer.
