For example, one of our terrific customers had a Discflo pump (specifically, the back pull-out) that needed some quick repairs to get it back into service. ABET technicians fully disassembled the unit and found water inside the bearing housing. They followed up by replacing the bearings, seal lips, all O-rings and installed an ASI model 585 cartridge mechanical seal. Finally, after reassembly and inspection, the unit was ready for reinstallation.
