This week’s custom project features a Summit 2996S 1.5×2-6 ANSI inline vertical centrifugal pump with a WEG TEFC SD PE 5HP/3600 RPM motor (complete with drip cover and lifting eyes). Other features of this build include a 4140 shaft with stainless steel sleeve, stainless-steel impeller (trimmed to 5.75” IN HOUSE), stainless steel STD bore stuffing box, and Dodge 1020T31 grid coupling (7/8×1-1/8) with cylindrical coupling guard. The project is pictured in preparation for delivery to our terrific customer.
