Goulds 3175L Process Pump Overhaul

One of the services we offer that our customers really value is full refurbishment to keep their pumps running at peak efficiency!

For example, this week features a Goulds 3175L (18×18-22H) process pump that our great customer needed to be overhauled and returned FAST.

No problem: we are here to help!

The overhaul was completed using 100% interchangeable Summit Pump parts.

ABET technicians disassembled the entire unit, conducted a full inspection, and cleaned all the parts. Then they replaced the shaft kit, stuffing box, sight glass, oiler, shaft sleeve, labyrinth seals, all gaskets and O-rings, and lip seals. Finally, they reassembled the unit, completed a final inspection, and added a fresh coat of paint.

A standard refurbishment and the pump was ready to go back into service.
