For example, pictured here are two unique and modified units our terrific customer needed repaired and returned ASAP. Team ABET loves a good challenge and our skilled technicians went to work inspecting and diagnosing the issues.

The first unit consisted of a Viking model LL4124A pump mated to a Brook-Crompton (10HP/1760 RPM) motor that had straightforward repairs. After replacing the bearings and seals, we performed a pressure test and got busy preparing the unit for delivery.

The second unit featured a Viking gear pump model KK4124A with a Boston 5.6 ratio gear box that needed immediate attention. After a thorough clean-up, we replaced the mechanical seal, bearings, lip seals and upgraded the worn-out motor with a WEG Nema Premium Severe Duty Inverter Explosion Proof (7.5 HP/1765 RPM) model. Following alignment and final inspection, this freshly renovated unit was ready to be put back in service.
