Six PACO Split Case Pumps Rebuilt and Ready

ABET technicians have just completed a BIG job and are pleased to deliver another quality outcome for one of our terrific customers!

The project consisted of six (6) PACO horizontal split case pumps that needed a FULL rebuild completed as soon as possible. Our technicians are committed to delivering for our customer and got straight to work.

All six pumps underwent a full rebuild that consisted of first disassembly and complete inspection, checking shaft run out and fits, and inspecting wear rings, bushings, and sealing surfaces. Next, our technicians replaced all bearings, lip seals, gaskets, O-rings, and mechanical seals as well as cleaning all parts (including blast, wire wheel, and bath). They concluded by replacing tubing and fittings for seal flush, replacing standard fasteners with 304SS, cleaning up the shafts and sleeves on a lathe followed by reassembly and hydrostatic pressure testing.
