When it comes to repairs, routine is good but interesting is even better!
For example, our featured project this week is a SIHI® LPH liquid ring vacuum pump that was brought in for end-to-end repairs by one of our fantastic customers. This pump needed some serious ATTENTION and our skilled technicians got right to work.
After intake inspection and disassembly, we replaced the bearings, mechanical seals, shims, tang washers, key, thrower, shaft, shaft assembly and three intermediate casing pieces. Once the new internal components were set, the pump was reassembled, tested and received a fresh coat of paint.
