Dual Summit 2196 LTO Pump Packages

Custom builds are standard fare here at ABET and we always enjoy a great project!

For instance, pictured here is one (of TWO) assemblies we recently completed for one of our great customers. The project consisted of Summit 2196 LTO (4x6x10G) end suction centrifugal pumps in ductile iron construction mated to Worldwide 75HP/3600 RPM TEFC 365TSC frame severe duty motors. The builds feature #150 ANSI /FF flanges, 316SS impellers, standard bore stuffing boxes, and 316SS solid shafts. They were also constructed using ASI 2.125” model 585-2 CvsSC/EPR cartridge mechanical seals with API Plan 11. Other details include 96M600D-DI C-Flange Adapter brackets and OSHA approved cylindrical steel coupling guards. Both assemblies are mounted on 18” x 62” channel steel bases.
