Rapid Summit 2196 STO Pump Modification

For example, one of our great customers needed a pump sourced, modified, and delivered quickly. Our technicians quickly scanned inventory and pulled a Summit 2196 STO 2×3-6 in 316 SS construction with 150#FF flanges and a standard bore stuffing box. After uncrating and initial inspection, our technician installed an ASI 585-2 C/SC/Viton seal, trimmed the impeller to 5.25” and drilled/tapped a 3/8” casing drain per the customer’s project specifications. The pump is pictured here prior to preparation for delivery to our terrific customer.
