Dual Summit 2796 Self-Priming Pump Package Built by ABET

Custom project assembly is our specialty here at ABET and we thrive on supporting our customers to keep their business flowing!

This week’s project features a pair of Summit 2796 STO (1.5×1.5-8) ANSI end suction, self-priming centrifugal pumps mated to Hyundai Crown Triton 15HP/3600RPM TEFC-SD 254T frame motors. The pumps feature ductile iron construction, 150#FF flanges, 316ss solid shafts, tapered bore stuffing boxes and 316ss impellers trimmed to 6.875″ at the factory. They are each outfitted with a 1.375″ cartridge mechanical seal (SCvsSC/viton BB) and elastomeric spacer coupling with cylindrical steel coupling guard.

Both builds are mounted on 15”x 48” channel steel baseplates and painted to the customer’s specifications. The final assembly is pictured here in preparation for shipment. Straightforward work done right.
