Custom Summit 2SPL6 Progressive Cavity Pump Builds by ABET

Custom builds are what we DO here at ABET and this week’s featured project is a great one!

Pictured here is a pair of Summit 2SPL6 (2TL6) Progressive Cavity Pumps mated to WEG 7.5HP/1800RPM 213TC Explosion Proof motors we recently assembled for one of our fantastic customers. These units were built out with two-stage buna stators, chrome/steel rotors, buna mechanical seals, WorldWide Electric Inline Helical Gear Reducers (RX87) (3.5:1), elastomeric couplings, and non-metallic coupling guards (CGU16). The entire assemblies are mounted on channel steel base plates. The result is shown post-inspection and in preparation for delivery.

Our customer had very specific requirements for this project, and we were happy to get it COMPLETED!
