ABET Distributing completed a Summit 2196XLO 6×8-13 back pull-out assembly as part of a larger customer project involving repairs to several other pumps. The finished assembly was prepared for delivery.
Configured to the Project Requirements
The build included the power frame and power end with shaft, sleeve, coupling key, retaining ring, bearings, locknut and lock washer. It also included the bearing housing and O-ring, stainless-steel/bronze labyrinth oil seals, bearing frame, viewport, magnetic drain plug, adaptor gasket and impeller adjustment bolts.
A GRAFOIL casing gasket and PTFE impeller gasket completed the specified components. The impeller was trimmed to 10 inches.
